about
mission
Spacious awareness is the capacity to let go of reactive tendencies of the mind and ride the winds of change and uncertainty with grace and ease. The invitation in all of the meditation and writing courses offered here is to practice the art of directing and sustaining attention in order to meet physical, emotional and psychic challenges more freely. The invitation is also to unleash the mind to explore boundless frontiers of creativity by bringing a sense of curiosity and wonder to the mystery of simply being alive.
