David radiates warmth, open-heartedness and, above all, kindness. His style of teaching reflects how he lives. What he teaches is clearly seen and felt.

David’s guidance and encouragement were so helpful to my completing a long-held desire to share my story with my grandchildren. I assembled about 25 autobiographical essays into a self-published book which I gave to my children and grandchildren. With David’s help I am working on my second book. 

I participated in a six-week mindfulness workshop led by David, who has a steady, but reserved presence that puts people at ease. His thoughtful, thorough and supportive approach creates a path to travel inwards, explore different techniques and, most importantly, establish a regular meditation practice. 

Meditating with David feels like a homecoming. His compassionate and quietly fierce approach integrates the heart and mind, and uniquely includes movement. David’s teachings support me in returning to my practice over and over again.
